Unfortunately I'm stuck with Vista, and gives me this error message for the sims

I'm feeling good and only install after loading the game, but before it actually the principle that the error message. There is much work for a few months and I can not remember why I uninstalled ... seriously its boring. Someone knows what is wrong and how can I solve this problem? Thanks
